Getting started
Sign up, deposit, and ship your first pick.
How do I create an account?
Click Sign In, then choose Google or email. During closed beta, you need an invite code to sign up.
How do I deposit funds?
Go to Deposit in the wallet menu. Send USDC on the Polygon network to your assigned deposit address. Deposits are credited after blockchain confirmations (~4 minutes).
What is USDC?
USDC is a US dollar stablecoin, 1 USDC = $1. It runs on the Polygon blockchain, which means fast and cheap transactions.

How to enter, what each market means, what gets locked.
How do I enter a contest?
Browse the feed, open a contest, make your picks across each market in the slate, then submit. The entry fee is deducted from your available balance.
Can I change my picks after entering?
Yes, you can update picks until the contest locks. Once locked, picks are final.
What happens if a match is cancelled?
If a fixture is cancelled, the affected contest may be voided and entry fees refunded to all entrants.
What are the different market types?
Match Winner (home/draw/away), Correct Score, Both Teams to Score, Over/Under Goals, and more. Each market is worth different points.
Scoring & settlement
How points work and how winners are paid.
How is scoring calculated?
Each correct pick earns points based on market difficulty. Match Winner = 1pt, Correct Score = 3pts, First Goalscorer = 2pts. Highest total score wins.
What happens when matches end?
Contests settle automatically using official match data from independent providers. Winners receive payouts within minutes of the final whistle.
What if there is a tie?
Tied players split the combined prize equally. For example, if 3 players tie for 1st in a Top 3 contest, all three share the combined 1st + 2nd + 3rd prize.

USDC on Polygon, how long things take, what to do if something goes wrong.
Why has my deposit not appeared?
Deposits require blockchain confirmations (~4 minutes on Polygon). Check your Wallet page for pending deposits. If it does not appear after 10 minutes, contact support with your transaction hash.
How do I withdraw?
Go to Withdraw, enter a Polygon wallet address and the amount. Withdrawals are processed in USDC on Polygon. Most are completed within minutes.
Why is my withdrawal under review?
First-time or high-value withdrawals may require manual review for security. This typically takes up to 24 hours.
I sent the wrong token or used the wrong network
PoolDefy only accepts USDC on Polygon. Tokens sent on other networks or other token types cannot be recovered.

Email verification, password resets, account closure.
How do I reset my password?
Click Forgot Password on the sign-in screen. We will send a reset link to your email.
Can I close my account?
Contact support@pooldefy.com. Any remaining balance will be made available for withdrawal before closure.
What is email verification?
After signing up, we send a verification email. Click the link to confirm your email address. This is required for withdrawals.
